Love it ! Sounds like a very benevolent and kind king and four little monkeys I think I might know. You have a good beginning middle and end and you read it with lots of great expression. I will read it tonight for Alister before he goes to bed – a bedtime story. I am in Australia but will be back next week. There are no monkeys here but lots of cane toads and big lizards.
